I love this forum, but I am so sick of asking questions.
My scoot is so good when it is running. The question is...........has anyone had problems with the kick start? On my Chituma, the kick start seized, fixed. Then the kick start dropped. Fixed. Yesterday the left casing cracked. I get the feeling its just my bad luck right now. Anyone else had this problem??

having the same kickstart problem at the moment, I noticed the circlip on the outside of the casing had came loose, took it all to bits and put it all back together.......I can still start with kick but I think I've put the spring back incorrectly,starter doesn't return properly, then drops, things are rattling inside.going to have another look soon...........

hey ive got a chituma aswell and after trying to kick it over a few times after bout a week of having it the kickstart just snapped and dangled down, i got a new one and new casing but this is nowhere near as effective as the old one was.

Just bought a new side casing. Thought this might solve the problem. Guess what? Yup the damn things jammed yet again. I am getting very near the stage of cutting my losses and binning the damn thing  |
