All this Blaster talk..... So are Pug scooters more powerful than the Chinese variety? Perhaps this is a solution to my dilema of 50cc with power! I see the 50cc Speedfights are going on ebay at a reasonable figure..... are they better, faster up hills or just a straight line? Or that Blaster thingy, if im going to shell out about 700 on a 125, its only another 600 for the Blaster - but is it for midgets? That way i can get a 50cc with no CBT worries. Or will someone want to steal it?

The Blaster (allegedly) has twice the power of a Taishan Commuter - a Taishan has 3 bhp and the Blaster has 6 bhp. Speedfights are meant to be pretty tuneable but slower than a Blaster straight out of the box. I read (on this forum actually) that a Blaster doesn't lose any speed when going up hills whereas my Taishan will crawl up a hill doing about 20mph. Is it for midgets? It's the same size as any other scooter on the market. Will someone want to steal it? Of course.

It was me who wrote about the blaster. My mate just got one broken it already. It would cane my baotian up hills but i would overtake him down hills and on flats, this is due to his being restricted still but im sure it'll be competition for any 50cc if it was deristricted . The acceleration is pretty damn good aswell.

I'm not even going to attempt one, I just know I'd fall off and scratch my new scooter to bits.
