There are a couple of places, in the battery compartment, connected to the CDI unit, or under the right hand side body panel there is a 'bullet' type connector on the pink wire.
Caution though, make sure you only disconnect THE THIN PINK WIRE, some of the red wires can look a little pinkish!!
Have you read the guide thats posted on this site?

1. NO passnegers NOT allowed 2. you can remove L plates if it's 50cc 3. YES you can derestrict but you must then wear L plates again

I think a full bike test is over 3 days isn't it at a cost of around £400?

That may be the Direct access course.
I think that you only have to book a theory test and then (if you pass) a practical test.

Sounds like you disconnected the wrong wire. I would put things back to how they were and see if that solves things.
Let us know how you go.

Still same problem, i disconected the pink wire and sealed it up.I then under the cover under my seat removed the cover, took out the spring moved the clip washer down to the 3rd slit and replaced it all except the brass bolt and it wouldnt work so i put the clip washer back to the very top and put the brass bolt back on and screwed it all back up. I resoldered the pink wire back together and it still wont wokr!!! Im in deep trouble now. Please answer this asap if you can!!!

just a suggestion, is to take the front cover of under the hadlight and check all the electriks (wires are conected)
i found that my electrik start didt work due to the wires being uncliped.
hope this helps

hi ive double checked everything and fiddled with it for a few hours and it started with the aid of the throttle given a slight twist. My ped now does around 40 mph but it guzzles alot of fuel from it. 1/3 of a full tank in 1 day seems abit as it used to be 1/10 a day!! SO i was wondering, if instad of puttin the washer on the 3rd notch down, if you put it on the 2nd would it still work??? Obviously not as fast but i wont take as much fuel hopefully.

Its allways better to have the extra power rather than try and save a little bit of fuel! Or maybe you could just go everywhere at half-throttle

Yeah but.... id rather save the £7 even if it meens i go 5mph slower that dosnt bother me. What i really wana know is wud it work on the 2nd notch

Your spot on, putting the washer on the second groove will save fuel, and you'll probably not notice the difference in performance.
I think the best thing I can suggest, is to try it and see! you can always change it back if needs be.
Let us know what works best for you.
