for a while now i have had a on and off problem with my retro baotian, its been changing speeds as in some time it will be very fast with great acceleration and others it will literally only travel at 10mph, i just had a good hard look and moved the air pipe and when turning the key it started up much faster and had the power back, could the air pipe being positioned wrong really have a big effect on perfomance? or is it a different problem?
