First off, NO INSURANCE = Max 9 points and £2000 fine NO ROAD FUND (Tax Disc) = £80 Fixed Penalty (plus you would need to get one asap) UNREGISTERED VEHICLE = Possible confiscation of bike. You would be classed by the police as one of those annoying 'off roaders' that ride in parks and woods.
All in all, a lot of hassle, and higher insurance when you do get on the road legally
As long as your on private land, and you have the land owners permision, yes you can ride as much as you like

If they caught you they could severely f*ck up your future riding, finances and whatever. You would also be far more of a target for the future. It isn't often I'll be a nay-sayer but this time I will. Don't Do It! Listen to Juliet! Even Ginger Phil knows to do that!

Depending on the risk you were causing genuine road users, I would think they would definately consider confiscating and destroyig it ... that's what they do now whenever they catch the chavs on their off road bikes, driving on public roads. They just take the bike away and crush it.
I'm not calling you a Chav mate !! but I wouldn't risk losing your new scoot by riding it illegally.
By the way, changing the rollers doesn't suit all scooters - I changed to 4g rollers on by BT50-9 yesterday and although acceleration to 25 was good, the bike's tops speed reduced from 42mph to 32mph ... not good !!
I have now switched to mixed rollers, which equal 5g and it's much much better.

an interesting question is , what is the chance of you being caught ? you would be if you had an accident, really you cure yourself by being afraid of the penalties if you are caught

to all you 16 year olds do you realise if your caught speeding or doing more then 30 your insurance may not be valid as your not legally aloud to ride a derestricted scooter until your 17

Take a wild guess at what they'd do...... #stickpoke#

If you are that stupid to have to ask you are not grown up enough to have a licence, so on that basis hurry up and lose it for everyones safety, but dont help bung our insurance premiums up doing it. NO APPOLOGIES FOR THE COMMENT!
