Hi Thomas Sukida and Baotian are the same bike, different stickers. Its not the bike you want to check up on but the dealers. If you are buying direct then internetbikeshop would be my 2nd choice although one member is more than happy so far with his purchase of his new bike. If you are buying off ebay go with almost any company other than your first choice, as thier registration & after sales 'service' stinks! + points are TIBS is the only company I know of that gives a full years warranty on parts, and (eventually!) registers for free, charging only for DVLA costs, no. plate etc. NO-one give labour costs as far as I know. My scoot is a Sudika 125, from TIBS and apart from a battery replacement from TIBS the bike has been 100% reliable after 2500klms. Thats important, dont forget that most of these are grey imports, that means the odometer reads in kilometer, not mile, but the speedo reads both. You will almost certainly have teething troubles such as lights not working, starting problems etc, but GO THROUGH THESE PAGES AND YOU WILL FIND A REMEDY, before writing loads of questions and being told to look at the forum. These bikes are brilliant value for money, they have vitually no dealer back up excepting good reports from Baotian UK, you local bike dealer may not touch it, but you do have us! Finally, when you get it, 1st job is to put acid in battery and charge it while you build your bike if its in a crate. These bikes need a whole lotta turning over to get the petrol through from empty. Hope this is of some use, its the sort of things I would have liked to have known before I got mine, so good luck and welcome to the clan Terry
