No if it's good - it's good! Gotta get the bike running or at the very least home by this afternoon!
although, the logos on the side of the plug box threw me a bit, to be honest! The one's about setting the gap and screwing in to finger-tight are fine, but then there's a couple that seem to say 1/16th of a turn and 1/2 of a turn??
Whats that all about - and is it important?

At the top of the thread you will see a washer, this squashes to tighten enough that it holds the plug from vibrating loose, but not too tight to strip the thread, bearing in mind the head thread is ali, and that would strip first. It also forms a gas seal. The 1/2 turn is what you need to do after you have carefully hand screwed in the plug to a tightness when you cant turn any more, then put your plug spanner on and tighten the 1/2 turn, job done. Dont worry about the other '1/16' bit, some plugs have tapered treads, ours are parallel. Hope this helps.

Brilliant, enu. Cheers for making that clear for me, thought the way it's been going lately, it'd be just my luck to finally track down the right plug but fit it wrong and be back where I started!
Karma on its way.
Is karma valid in the Scottish Isles?
