I took myself down to theinternetbikeshop.com at Hemel Hempstead two weeks ago to look at the scooters available from them, having had a BT50QT-9 for three months. Sam at the shop showed me around and I decided to purchase a Sukida SK125T-18. On leaving a small deposit I was issued with a registration number which enabled me to get insurance for the bike. I ended up with Bennetts [fully comp, with RAC cover]. I phoned TIBS on Monday and arranged to collect the bike yesterday [Thursday] at 11.00. Two of us left here on the Suzuki GN125 at just before 07.00, managed to miss the rain, and having stopped for breakfast [and several fag breaks!!!] arrived at Hemel at 10.45.....The bike was ready for collection, even half a tank of fuel. Wow!! what a machine, discs front and rear, 13" wheels, ultra low profile tyres, remote alarm, top box and one year parts warranty all for £720.00 including TIBS registering it for me. We travelled back to Lincolnshire, the 90 mile journey took four hours [kept stopping to let it cool down], but nothing dropped off. I should like to congratulate TIBS on their level of service and the way the bike was set-up, I can't fault them, and would definately deal with them again.

Thats a nice scoot you got there. When I'm 17 I might have to look at TIBS. They do a 125cc scooter for 720. I think they may have a future customer.

I would read all the other posts re the problems with TIBS first. The Sukida and the Boatian are the same bike different names. Boatian UK have insisted that the factory put a stop to the grey imports and hence you see more Sukida's on E bay these days. However looks a nice bike, enjoy and let us know how you get on

Perhaps the moral of the story is DEAL DIRECT with TIBS, and not through ebay. Having said that, they ruined what was to be an exciting time for me, brand new bike and nothing but complaints, wrong keys, damaged panels, indicators not working, petrol cap broken, topbox scratched, registration ballsup, a disaster! O.k they did get it sorted in the end an the bike has been nothing less than brilliant, and I get 30% off any parts I might need, but it should not have happened in the 1st place. After the bollockings they got off me they probably would'nt want me back anyway, thats good! My next bike will probably be from Scotland, that motor sports looks good to me.
