if your bike is brand new there are sometimes problems getting the fuel going..If looking at carb from back of bike there is a hose on the right hand side which is the vacuum pipe.Pull it off the carb and give a few good sucks.it will feel like nothing is happening. Then replace and try to start..Try this a few times and if nothing happen try taking top cap off carb and pour a cap full off petrol in and replace cap..Let us know how you get on..It may take some time to get petrol through so be patient..jay

I have seen though this forum people have trouble with the tank outlet, where the 2 pipes leave the fuel tank, this has been found to be blocked. If you have an inline filter check that too, mine got trapped and had a minute crack in it, that was enough to loose the vacuum. If the carb is clean, float pin is not stuck, jets clear, and you are sure no fuel is getting through it has to be in the line. Are you filling from pumps or a can? Could be dirt in a can used for the lawn mower?

no the thing is i took i tin 4 a service but when i took it in a couple of days before it just decided to not start so when i took it in they looked basically everywhere i think and the pipes arent blocked because i checked them before to see if it was the proib, i think it might be something wrong inside the engine if its possible, im going to check the jets to see if there all ok and ive downloaded a service manual so i can go through that, im just so confused about it cuz i cant see how the fuel isnt getting through the engine of the pipes arent bloked, the spark plug is ok

its all good, i got my scooter started, i found out it was a sticky valve so if you ever have a problem starting your bike just remember to have a look at that if you have run out of other ideas
