Hi Sexybum,
My standard QT-9 did 30mph (approx 48kmh) out of the box, 41mph average on the level after derestriction. QT-11s are identical mechanically but probably offer more wind resistance so should get close to that.

hey SexyBum
if yours is restricted, assuming your 50 is kph and not mph?
on the flat, my derestricted has hit 42mph

Mine's a BT50-9 not the -11 but it's three weeks old, has 79kms on it and shows just over 45mph on a flat....... BUT..... the downside is mine's really poor up hills at the moment .... even the slightest incline takes it down to 20-25mph .... the revs drop very low ..... it can be pretty embarrassing ..... it's probably just cos it's not run in yet but it's as if mine is stuck in a high gear; slow off the mark, poor up hills but on a straight it easily does 45mph and downhill I always back off at 50 - it just doesn't feel safe above that !

lighter roller help your uphill struggle and increase acceleration..mine goes 43 on flat 55 down hills and 25-30 uphills..Once run in change to 4-5gr rollers and you will notice the difference...jay

Cheers Jay - I've bought some PM Tuning 4g rollers off eBay but as you say, I'm waiting until it's run in ..... (and I also haven't got a freakin impact wrench yet so will have to pick on of them up too!).
