I've just been quoted £163 for the first 5 hours for CBT, that sounds dear to me, how much is it down there?

I paid 100 for mine. That included the hire of the jacket, helmet, gloves and the bike for the whole day.

Enu - That's absolutely EXTORTIONATE !!!!
I have paid £85 ...... for the full day. No-one should be quoting per hour of for for parts of the course. It's a full course that takes all day.
The £85 includes use of a bike, helmet, jacket and gloves.
The DSA 'guide' price mentioned on their site is "CBT costs around £80" but £85 was the best price I found.
£163 is comical - they should be strung up.

Ihave taken it up with the DSA, I think its based on the dearest (£100) then the cost of return ferry trip to Aberdeen, + a bit for luck, so he charges the same hoping people are too lazy to travel. Unfortunatly he is the only school doing it up here. Watch this space!!
