Hi. I recently purchased a Yiying (direct bikes) Black Tommy 50cc scooter for commuting to and from work and would like to meet other Chinese scooter owners in Colchester or locally for sharing info, tips, advice, and support. The odd meet up or cruise could be cool, if we can gather enough of a group.
Wanting to know the bikes true origin, one of my first questions would be... I know Benzhou Group manufactured the tommy (along with many other models), and Direct Bikes just slap their sticker on it, but Yiying is mentioned as the make. I can't seem to find any info on Yiying - who are they? Maybe they are just the distributors/exporters.
I look forward to hearing from any local Chinese scooter owners, because for the money, they are so worthy of support from all owners.
