no.Trouble with leaving neg is you normally get it back. Not worth the hassle. They always wait till you leave your feedback first.

Who is your insurance company? My broker was Adrian Flux who tried it on, but I went direct to Equity Red Star and explained to them that Flux was being an A hole, and they gave me another week!. Guess which broker I wont be using next year then?

I'm really panicing now... I will be going to Nottingham DVLA (feels like I'm going to court). I bought a Geely JL125T-11(scooter)at the weekend and I got all the paperwork from the guy i bought it from including the invoice, import docs etc when he bought it from the importer. The CoC I got (I think) is a bit of cardboard (bit like a tag on jeans for sale) It has the Model No:, Frame No:, Engine No:, Date of Man & indpector and says Qualification Certificate Is this the right thing?
thanks
Ken

Nope. It should be an A4 sized piece of paper.

My certificate of conformity is A6 size. Apart from the bikes details it also has a hologram on it. Both of my Baotians came with this design of certificate.
Cheers

I bought a baotian scooter (model BT50QT-11, MkII) from a dealer on ebay, but it didn't come with the certificate of conformity which was meant to be under the bike's seat, as stated by the manufacturer. Can I get one from somewhere? Should be possible to download the form from a site or something, I hope?
