is this a new 125 ?
if so i'd check the block connectors under the front pannel
also
basicly if the engine is not running then it cannot open fuel valve which means fuel cant get from tank to carb, if there is no fuel in the carb then the engine cannot run
with this in mind
you will need to get some petrol into the carb there are 2 ways of doing this
1stly take of the carb lid pour 1 bottle/coke cap full of petrol into the center of the carb rubber top
or
2nd open fuel valve
they way to do this is
There is 3 pipes on the valve
1 pipe is from fuel tank 1 pipe is to carb fuel intake last pipe (the one under the valve) is to open the valve take this off at other end to the valve(where the pipe goes to) then suck on pipe this will open the valve and petrol will run into the carb
