Had exactly the same problem.Had no spark.Changed the magneto coil and cdi,,still no spark.Fiddled about with all connections under front panel, pull apart and re connected..Low and behold it started..Give it a go.They have rattled all the way from china in a box and things get loose..

Alot of these Chinese scooters have problems with the wiring harness, especially around the hands bars. What you should do is go around to every electrical plug and use a plastic zip tie to make sure they don't come loose or apart and crimp all other electrical wires together.

I have a Motofino MF50QT and I just replaced the CDI because it had no spark. After replacing the CDI the scooter started and ran great for about two minutes and then died and has no spark again. Do you think it could be a bad CDI or is there something causing the CDI to go? It has two wires going into the small plug on the CDI so I assume it's a AC CDI but could it be a DC? Would it even start if I put a AC CDI on a DC system?
