My Baotian QT-11 has only done about 200kms so far but hasn't run very well since the beginning. After a particularly bad trip back from work last week I investigated the problem and found that the HT lead had worked loose from the plug cap. I decided to replace the plug & cap with better NGK ones (bought from Ebay for about £5 in total) and now it runs 100% better and starts much easier than before.
Just thought I'd pass this on as it is well worth doing. The plug, and especially the cap that come as standard are pretty poor quality.
The plug cap I bought was one for a mini-moto (fits perfectly) and there are loads available on Ebay.
