hi im having a few probs with my baotion 125.
First off the back bracklight was always active....this was due to the left hand electrical cable attached to the brake.
On opening it the cable and the widget thnigy that goes into the brake is buggered and cant be fixed...so its dissconnected so the brake light on the left brake now doesnt work...also my electric starter doesnt work...my remote start still does or if i kick it but there is no power to the starter...any ideas or where i can get a replacement left brake cable thingy?

Id look for any local place that sells chineese scooters and order through them, thell usually have a parts network set up and probaly will have one that suits you. Or try www.scootusa.com/brake_handles.htm - Youll have to buy the whole brake part, dono if its the same as yours. Theres probably other sites arround but id just look locally first. |

The rear one on your bike should be easy to check, it goes right where the tension spring on the rear brake is, right by the activation arm. |

Do you have a sign stand cut out ?? these can short and stop starting ??

i got the same problem with my bt 125 , some times rear light will work from left hand lever , some times not . if not the scoot will not start as it is connected to the engine safty start systeme . if i get a moment i ll have a look to see if any thing obvious if not then off to my friendly garage
