I have recently bought a boatian and a cheap tax disc but can't find anywhere to put it.
Please could someone send me a link of a tax disc that will fit and where to put it. I understand there are some legal requirements of where it is placed and if someone could tell me what they are then that would be a great help also!
Thanks

As long as it is quite visible then i think it is legal, i unscrewed my right hand rear reflector then attached the tax disk holder to the back that
The down side is i guess someone could nick break the reflector to get at the tax disk

The tax disc has to be on display forward and to the left of the seating position. That's what the law says anyway.
I drilled a hole in the left side of the front glove bin. Then mounted the tax disc with a security nut and bolt.
It's in a legal place, and doesn't get in the way.

Like macrofeet i've attached mine to the rear reflector but on the left (near) side. I got the following info from the dvla website:
When and where should I display the licence? A licence comes into force on the day it is issued. But, if you apply for a licence in advance, it comes into force on the first day of the following month and you should not display it on your vehicle until then. You must display the disc on the near side (passenger side) of your vehicle’s windscreen. If the vehicle does not have a windscreen, the disc should be displayed on the near side of the vehicle.
it's slightly different if you have a sidecar................ now that would be a sight on the side of a chinese scoot!
