Fit the brass plate to the rack with the four bolts supplied, all holes are drilled. Then fit the box using the four supplied smaller screws and washers.

On second thoughts, chuck the box away and get a larger one, you can't close it with a full face helmet in it!!

But the holes of the brass plate don´t fit with the luggage box, neither with the rack. Maybe I have to do new holes?

If it is anything like my Taishan (I would bet it is) the brass plate is secured to the lugage rack with 2 screws.(Front 2 holes) The other end of the plate hangs off the back. Then fit the box down over the front 2 holes, put in the screws from the top & tighten. Then put the other 2 screws through the box into the back 2 holes in the plate. Good luck, hop ethat helps

But the problem is that if I do that, I can´t find 4 holes in the box which fix with 4 holes in the rack neither brass plate.

Come to think of it, I think I had to drill out a couple o f the holes that did not mold properly

Mine was fitted for me, I've since removed it. The brass plate fits nicely on the bottom of the box and the screws fit into nuts welded on the plate.
The luggage rack did not look like any holes had been drilled, as the ones there appear to have been painted through
