Hi all this might not seem a urgent thing but where there is 4 screws to screw the cover bit over the battery to seal it from water and things, well i must of screwed in 1 of the screws to tight which caused it to brake the thread compleately, so now i cant screw down 1 side of the cover, anyone got any sugestions on where i could het a replacement. thanks

If it is just screwed into the plastic, why not remove the screw, fill the hole with some epoxy (Araldite or equivalent), wait until it is completely dry and set and carefully drill a small hole the width of the screw not including the thread (so the thread only grips)
That should do the job, In the meantime use a bit of strong tape (duct tape) but don't seal all the way round the cover, usually (at least with car batteries) you need to allow some gases to escape from the battery as they charge.
