I have been surfing the net trying to find parts for my Jialing.. I tried a mob in South Africa but they cant sell stuff to the U.K. but I was given a contact adress for the Jialing factory in China. Although I have sent them and email I have yet to hear back from them. This does not mean I wont get a reply. But for those people who do have Jialings I thought Id pass this addy on just in case it might help you and get you out of a tight spot. Liu Qiang lq6676@yahoo.com.cn hope it helps regards alan

Welcome aboard! You will have better luck if you search for "50cc scooter parts". As virtually ALL Chinese scooters(regardless of brand) are the SAME scooter. They sell the same scooter under a couple dozen different names with only minor differences-usually placement of the lights. Check the links section & you will fins several sites listed there. Depending on where you live you might try: partsforscooters.com (American site-well stocked & cheap shipping) Scootusa.com (American site-very well stocked-inflated shipping price) scooter assassins.com (UK site-I dont know much about them) asiamoter.com (UK-I have heard good things about them) Good luck #icon_cheers# Chris

Hi Chris, many thanks for the welcome too, much appreciated, makes you feel at home with the gang so to speak. I did some research into this and thought id let you know how i got on. I contacted lq6676@yahoo.com.cn who is the head of Jialing and this is the very nice reply, they go out of their way to help, no kidding, I've checked with our relative production for rear braker assembly, it's possible for us to supply this part to you even we have stopped the production of this model for a few years. Now I'm glad to quote you for production cost and postage as following, please confirm and remite the money to our account refer to below bank information as soon, the shipment will be effected immediately after receipt of your payment, thanks. Production cost: USD15.00 Postage by EMS: USD70.00 Total amount: USD85.00 as you can see the postage is the killer so its back to the drawing board. I will try those places you suggested otherwise try to get another bike off ebay as one went the other week for 51 quid. regards alan
