New bike - started building then a few problems. Got brother roung who rides harley davidsons and stripped and rebuild a Triumph bonneville once to give me a hand. Front wheel wouldn't tighten up because if you did it wouldn't go round - he removed extra washer, now works fine. He check front brake and found a couple of screws in wrong place so sorted that. Yet to start it because I haven't put petrol in and yet to tackle the centre stand. Only issue I can see is on the attached photo (if it's not there) then on the front panel there is a single screw that goes into a hole when I screw this in it stays out about a quarter of an inch...normal or am i missing something? Overral looks good for the money but yet to register or ride it. Any help appreciated.

yes, i know the centre hole for the front panlel. mine seems to screw in all the way, so should yours as well as i have the same bike as you, but i shouldent think its a big problem, as long as the front panlel is on there tight.

hi hi, i had a similar problem with the front wheel not moving when tightend, till i found out the wide washer went on the other side of the wheel, the same side as the disk break, now it sits perfectly no need to move the brake... the centre stand is another story
