The prob i,v got is this scooter was bought new in 2003, but not registered.Chinese cert. states made 12-2001. DVLA will not accept this, and I can not find any one who imports or knows of this model.Dvla says i need a sva cert. also. Can anyone Point me in the right direction. Its A Chunlan 110-5 Konisa 110cc identical to honda 100-125 scooter. Hopefully Thanks

Welcome aboard Pelican. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along shortly to help, there's been a couple of members recently who have run into problems with their local DVLA.

I think the best thing to do would be to do the SVA. it costs around £70 but it will get you on the road #emot114#

i had a similar problem to that, just because my bike wasn't registered within 15 days of purchase and she insisted that she wanted the bike checked over, but god knows how many times i had to say it has a certificate to show it passes all these laws but in the end, all is good and only took me 2 hours ;D hope your on the road soon pelican
