Are you getting a spark (if you remove the spark plug from the unit and plug it loose into the end of the HT Lead .... then turn the kick starter over - are you seeing a spark ?).
Also, smell the spark plug - does it smell of fuel ? does it feel damp ?
If so you probably have what I had a week ago - a flooded engine ..... I couldn't get the scoot started in 2 days..... I dried out the spark plug, re-installed it then turned over the kick starter about 10 times..... then after that, try kick starting and at the same time applying about 1/4 throttle .... my scoot roared back to life !
May well be the HT Lead but worth doing the above first.

have u ever took off your intake manifold? if so - do it again and check for cracks on intake manifold, damaged or badly seated seals or any other sign of air leaks on intake manifold I just had VERY long frustrating weekend before I found out that my intake manifold is badly cracked and it prevented engine from starting I tried my best to minimize the leak (just to make sure it is the cause of my problems) and it fired instantly but after few strokes my intake manifold completely blow apart - at the moment I'm waiting for new manifold oh, and yes - it was my fault - I overtightened manifold and it cracked
