About to do my first transmission oil change.(Well overdue just for the record). Is this the appropriate oil for the job? Seems easy enough for the job what with the nozzle but not too sure if correct. Just for the record it is available from the place of the Anti-Christ(Halfords) for under £1 a tube.

First oil change at 300km. Now at 1000km. Ready for another oil change and transmission which should have been done before now.

Looks perfect.
How much is in the pack? According to the Castrol website it has 250ml, thats enough to do the bike twice!

Take the bike out for a run 1st, that oil in it has to be warm, its unbelievably thick, like honey, so it will take a while to 'fall' out. Most of these bike seem to need a 100 - 110 mls, but fill untill it trickles back out of the filler hole. Dont loose the little ali washers on the bolts.
