Ported/polished my head today The ports looked restrictive and i ended up cutting alot of material away from them using a cone cutter drill bit and my high speed rotary tool. I got the ports perfectly neat and freeflowing at the end Sorry i didnt take many pictures, i was in a rush to put it back together Im gonna go test it now to see if its any better

Its Feels much better now and im pretty sure its accelerating faster too...

Now all i think the problem is the downpipe on the exhaust is too small causing it to be restrictive Might have a go at exhaust porting

Went and ported my inlet manifold again! There was still a substantial amount of material left in there, now its much wider ;D Decided to go and do a max speed run here are the results: Only got 45mph on the flat and 48 going down hill I Did expect abit more To be honest Well anyways once i had opened up the inlet manifold abit i could definitely feel it accelerate faster, so i'm not too disappointed with all my hard work...

Today i decided to bore some material out from the down pipe!
As usual i cant really feel any difference, but i guess its has to help in some way...
Also i changed my jet back to #90 because the engine was running too rich with the #95 jet,
Definitely feels more responsive and revs rather happily now

i think il av a go on that as my baotian can do 55mph on the flat but its just slugish on the acceleration but i do still have the 7.5 roller weights in fo top speed.
Hypojam change your belt for a new one ul find ur engine seems quiter and less powerful buts its not it goes way faster. ihad my original belt on the scoot and couldnt go any faster than 45 down hill changed the belt and its 60 all the way
