I would appreciate some picture as I am not really sure what I am doing Thank you

If it starts fine but doesn't go when given throttle I'm thinking maybe fuel or air related, maybe even spark plug. Is it spittin, sputtern, or chokin???

Hello, Thanks for your reply
I have opened the carb and I have found some tears on the plastic bit. Could this be the cause. Is it going to cost me much?
It sounds like the petrol can't reach or stuck in one gear
Thanks

(flimsy rubber thingy) if it has a tear in it the throttle slide wont lift as it needs to be sealed (slide height controlled by vacuum).
