my taishan 50cc keeps cutting out. i start it and its ok i rev it,then let it go back to tick overand it cuts out. what wrong with it, its done 3300km, is derestricted and 4.7g rollers.

u need to adjust your idle screw, open the seat then open the plastic cover at the bottom and ull see the carb, twist the throttle a few time and you'll see where the screw is, tighten it up a little with the engine running and you'll hear the revs increase ally

Will do but the scooter is also running very bad under power. so might not just be the idle screw.

You might want to check your fuel filter or the jets in your carb.. Troy Will do but the scooter is also running very bad under power. so might not just be the idle screw.

fixed tuck carb off cleaned and put back works fine.have also done idle screw. thanks for all the help

Put an inline fuel filter in, it stops muck getting into the carb, and you can see fuel flow. I got a Polini mini-moto one off ebay For £4 .25 all in.

not fixed doing the same thing as before, i think the scooter is flooding. starts ups and goes ok untill you stop it just cuts out. help whats wrong?
