:(hello again, i have not got the balls to fit my rollers in myself so do you know where i could get these done for me? i think i have cracked it why i am going so sluggishly and slow.....i think i have been kitted out with the wrong standard weights...8 gramme so my 3x 4.7g and 3x 5.7g should feel alot different...i hope cheers

Just about any motorbike service centre will change the rollers for you. They should take only around 30mins and not charge too much.
The job really is very easy to do yourself, have a go, you may even enjoy it!

i thoght like you john, but if you just follow the simple guide, you cant go wrong! trust me, btw you will need a impact wrench
