 Help my sport 50 keeps stalling will start and run for about a min then cuts out and won't restart tried carb jets,auto choke, fuel filter no luck and body got any ideas thanks

It cuts out when the bike is idle?
or when you are riding it stalls ?
or what ever you do ?

Bike cuts out no matter what have checked vac pipe seems ok any other ideas bike is only three weeks old

check the valve clearances

This happened to me. It ended up the valve clearances were out of spec. It took me a couple of months to find!

Ive got the same problems but dont know where the valves or vac pipe is! Could any 1 post some photos of where they are please or email them to me. My email is; geordieposse@aol.com. This is my 1st scooter and i really dont know my way around it. Thanks for any help. From Stevie

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi i have a yiying 50QT (4 stroke) 4 my 16th bday, the first couple of weeks it was fine no problems but all of a sudden i got probs starting it as wen i turn it on and rev my scoota howeva wen i leave my scoota on tick ova it cuts out on me.it also does this wen i stop at junctions and stuff. my dad thought it could be fuel starvation,he has took the carb off and checked the needle and everything is clean, any ideas on wot else it could b, as my dad has checked everything and everything seems to be fine?  ? #crying# |

your changing the idle screw right and not the fuel mixture screw or any other screw cuz it sounds like it is deiffnatly the idle screw being to loose what is your problem see in this picture   and in this picture the unmarked screw above the big round plastic lid |
