morning everybody, havent changed the rollers yet billy, its going in tommorow, in regard to the spares for the cruiser, I dont think it will be any worse than the scooters, you can easily find them on the internet, and there are new jinlun dealers popping up all the time, I can honestly say the bike handles superb, feels like a much bigger bike apart from the acceleration, but then again bikes are not just about speed are they

Hey Phil, no it wasn't me who put ABM on the guest map, they must have done it them selves.
Hope things go ok for you with the jinlun roller tomorrow, you will be suprised at the difference.

hi, I've now fitted the 3.6gm weights from beedspeed, it now accerates like a 2 stroke and revs out at 9000 rpm, but still wont go any faster than 38 mph, its as though its looking for a non exsistent top gear, any ideas please ? If not I'll have to put the old ones back (they revved out at 6000 rpm) otherwise I'll blow up the engine ...........rob

How many miles on the bike? to get a better top speed it needs to be 'run-in' really, around 600kms Also I would change oil for a better quality if you are going to run engine at higher revs. You may be better off with 4g or even 4.5g rollers. Your bike came with 6g or 6.5g rollers, get heavier rollers and you get a higher top end but slightly slower acceleration. Get lighter rollers and you get better acceleration but a slightly lower top end (sometimes). It's all about trade off, you have to decide what you want most. I would wait till there are a few more miles on the clock, it will get faster as it runs in. BUT, if you keep the rollers you have in, CHANGE THE OIL If you need more info etc let me know

cheers for that, I think i'll put the old ones back in untill after the first oil change, cant be bothered tonight though, its too damn cold LOL the light ones might be better when its got more miles on the clock
