Got this email from Ace, you may have read his post in the Introduce Yourself section: Wondering if you could help me with my QT50-11, it seems to pull off from standing very slowly, and also it tends to die at stopping after a short while, just after i have started. It's brand new and derestricted.I'm guessing lighter rollers will help a bit but what about it dieing after a short while? I know a few people have had this problem with Baotians but I can't remember what the cure was.

mayby you just need to warm the engine up. a lot of scooters die ater you start them, as the bike is cold. and that acceleration problem occurred with my bike (Boatian BT50QT-9).

I'll keep having a look at the carb. It seems to lose power intermitently, even after warming up.
