Copied & pasted from another topic, thanks to Billy Green: I have sent a quick guide I put together to your email address. I think you have done most of it, but there are pics of everything as you asked for.
Don't forget your bike is new and will need running in, after this is done you should find it pick up better. Also change the variator roller for lighter ones, this will give higher revs and get you up that hill a little faster!
The rollers you need are 16 x 13, 6.5 grams or 16 x 13, 5.7 grams. the lower the weight the higher the revs, BUT the more you need to service and maintain your engine (Credit: Cantlogin)
Roller are available from a couple of places, www.beedspeed.com is one

Thanks for the credit Phil, but it was actually 'Cantlogin' that gave the info in his very informative post.
Has anyone actually managed to get the variator nut off!!
I tired the other day, and all I managed to do was ruin two ratchets and bend one so it now has a 90 degree bend in it!! Good for undoing nuts round corners!
This may sound really daft, but which way does the nut come off, I was turning it anti-clockwise....well having a good go anyway!
