Done a little research, asked a few questions. try this link www.scootusa.com/Drive belt $47.95. How does that compare to the UK? I don`t know the conversion rate, but I have recently been quoted £38.00 just for the belt.

I also posted a link to this site, I think they are quite good. $47.95 is approx. £24 if this includes postage, thats a great price!

If the item costs more than about £18, (and sometimes less), it can attract Customs duty, vat, usually very high p&p, plus there is an extra handling fee charged by the shipping agent to cover the cost of dealing with, and collecting these Customs payments, and this extra payment is requested upon delivery. Just as an example Belt say £24.00 P&P from US £12.00 Duty (not usually much) Shipping agents administration charge £20.00 VAT £ 9.80 Total £65.80 Now you might be lucky, and get it delivered in a plain brown paper bag, with no Customs involvement, but is it worth the risk?
