Bought a set of alloy footplates for the Dylan off e-bay, a bit of a bargain at £9.00 including p&p. The screws that came with them were a bit cheap but got much better replacements at B&Q for only 17p each ! Click the link to my site below and see what you think. I'm quite pleased with them. Have been having a look at sticker sets with a view to adding a bit more individuality to the bike. Also going to get the tyre rim vinyls that someone on here mentioned. More info on these additions as I get around to doing them. www.argolis59.freeserve.co.uk/simons-scooters.htm

They look the business chap and quite a bargain!! My Blaster already had them but Peugeot charge around £50 or thereabouts for them. I've got the wheel stripes which really liven up the wheels especially on my bike as the wheels were black, here's some before & after pics....

Very nice Phil, just ordered a set for my bike. This forum of yours is costing me a fortune, far too many good ideas, unlike most scooter sites which contain a lot of people moaning about what they already have !
Will update pictures on my website once the whell trims have arrived and I've fitted them. How easy is fitting ? Any tips for a novice ??

I wouldn't say they're hard to fit but it can be a bit tricky doing the rear wheel. My advice would be to ignore what the instructions say about having a few mm's overlapping - I did this on mine and you can really see where they overlap as obviously they'll sit a bit higher. These strips don't just stick on, you have to stretch them around the curve of your wheel which sounds easy enough but it can be a pain when you're on the last strip of the wheel and the two ends have to line up. You'll see what I mean.
