What do you mean? Have you started it at all? Do you know HOW to? Pull Brake lever, dont turn throttle, make sure side stand is up, and imobiliser is off. If you have done this and it still wont start, make sure your connection are complete, your battery if FULLY charged and keep turning it over in short bursts giving it a rest to cool the starter motor down, it will go eventually, but they take a hell of a time from new. Loads of posts on here about it, most times nothing wrong, just draw that petrol through!

poor newbie ..youll frighten him away..I had trouble starting mine and it ended up being a loose wire under front panel..

mine always needs a little throttle to start from cold, then its first hit of the button
