Ginger Phil, You've forgotten me so soon!! I've got a 125. It's not restricted, and does 50 Mph It only cost a few quid more than the 50cc (Well 100, but well worth it) Its running really well, and the only problem was a vacuum return pipe that gets trapped in the chassis joint. I couldn't see the point of a 50cc, when the CBT allows up to 125, meaning that I don't have to modify the bike to travel at the same speed of the traffic.

Hi,
Although not a Baotian, I have a Giantco 125cc Chinese scooter. I too bought this over a 50cc so I could keep up with the traffic. On a decent straight I can get around 60mph and up hill around 50mph (downhill I got scared when after getting past 70 odd). Petrol consumtion is superb and this is why I prefer to use the scooter each eveining rather than my car (well that as well as me doing over 50,000 miles a year in the car so the scooter is a nice change).
Cheers
Skunk

I've done that before, what I do now is to compose and save any long text in WordPad, or something similar, then copy and paste into the message box when ready.
