Hello everyone!
Ive read on the forum that quite a few people have had problems with indicator switches not "staying over" so therefore having to hold the switch over on every turn! which as i know from experience with mine isnt practical and sometimes when your trying to hold yr handle bar, brake, turn into your lane and indicate at the same time isnt always easy!!
i found if you take your switch off theres a little brass plate on the inside of the switch assembly held on with 2 screws, this little plate wasnt held in tight enough against the plastic swicth on the other side! as when i pushed it with my thumb and then tried the indicators they worked fine but as soon as i stopped pressing the little plate in they would stay over!
so try tightening the little screws first, but on mine they wouldnt tighten at all they just kept turning so i made a little wedge out of a thin piece of rubber, only 1 to 1.5mm thick and squeezed that in behind the brass plate and the metal handle bar tube and now my indicators work every time
hope this helps

This is a great site with so many nice people. As soon as a common problem is found some one comes up with a fix. The little wedge of rubber did the trick for me. Karma on way. Rob

I had exactly the same problam as executivebexley. It was right turn and the plate would not apply enough pressure to the spring on that side. In the end, I stretched the spring slightly and solved my problem.
