any ideas peeps,,,,,, i undone the console section on my jinlun jl125-t12 behind speedo and indicators ect and on both side ther wer 3 wires groupped together all with metal connectors and plastic slide covers over them? ?? any ideas what they could be for? ? im hoping connectioon points for me alarm that i still aint fitted.,

Have you checked them with a multimeter ? Could be for back mirror turn signal lamps. Or for possition lights etc.. Just let youre scoot idle and messure them cables with diffrent light options on + try turnsignals. I have two or three cables just hanging there on my Baoya 125cc , havent checked them thogh. I'll get back to this if i check it out before you m8 Marcus

Just as car manufactures use the same loom for all of the same model, so do bike makers too. Depending on the spec. you buy, you will have more or less spare sockets and plugs. Its cheaper for them to buy in the same looms than have tailor-made ones for every bike. Use-full if you need to put your own add-ons in, just use a multi-meter to find the live ones, but be sure to use your own in-line fuse too.
