 Hi, I gave my daughter's scooter its first service last week and in the process fitted a new NGK C7HSA spark plug The cold starting is vastly improved, it now fires first button, I would advise everyone to dump the chinese plug as soon as they get a scooter

halfords have them for £2.99 not a vast amount of cash and you can take em back down the road if they is duff

indexing = making sure the plug is facing the correct way when screwed into place
many people say this does not matter but
as are scoots only got 1 crappy plug might be worth while to do this

I'm really glad that tip helped, my daughters scooter is also transformed, not sure about this setting the gap business, I just unpacked the plug and fitted it
