Just been into Asda to do a bit of late night shopping and noticed that FastCar Magazine, and Revs magazine are both giving away a pair of blue LED wheel lights FREE Each mag cost £4.35. Post pics of your bike with these fitted.

They're illegal. At 30 years old I'm not sure if I could stand the embarrassment of buying Fast Car magazine. Are you sure it was Revs magazine as last time I heard they'd closed down.

I'm 99% sure it was Revs mag.
It does say on the packs that they are not for use on public roads, and only for show use. But with these on your wheels you will fly #emot114# and the coppers won't be able to catch you #thumbs_up#

You're correct. It was REDLINE magazine not Revs.
I just been to WHS to buy TAG, so checked while I was there.

Ive had my lights on my wheels for at least a month now and ive drove past loads of police and none have stopped my for having them on. I guess they arnt bothered about it and dont think it should be illegal after all your making sure your seen, its not your fualt if another driver finds the flashing light on your bike more important than the road infront

I'm sure the police really don't mind, unless you are doing something stupid. The ones I've met really don't like road accidents and, if you were using some brighter than normal, or unusual lights, that were not too confusing to other drivers, they would probably think its a good idea if it means you can be seen better.
