I bought her from eBay, from Llexeter Ltd (warehouse-robot on eBay). Overall, I'm quite pleased with the value and service I got, however when I ordered her I did not know about ordering from Baotian UK and as I paid only £30 less than I would have paid with Baotian, I think in future I would order from BT UK.
The Scoot is the latest spec (with the new improved exhaust, etc) but I didn't get the remote alarm or a back storage box, so they alone would have been worth the £30 difference !
Ultimately, I would recommend anyone who wants a Baotian to get it from www.baotianuk.com rather than warehouse-robot or TIBS.
My Scoot was supposedly coming fully PDI'd and ready for the road but it actually came with a flat battery and with a couple of electrical connectors disconnected!
The advantage that I did get was that my Scoot came fully reg'd and taxed, and I didn't need to send off any docs. Total time between ordering and receiving was 11 days..... not bad, I know others wait a lot longer.
So overall I'm pleased and dying to get out on it but ultimately I would recommend would-be buyers to order from Baotian UK.
Shes a stuner, just like my gal part from mines got the orange flashers instead of the clear ones, u guna leave her as standard or have a play about with her make her faster, (tht sounds rong if you read it rong) lol.
She's already de-restricted so she's buzzing nicely and is doing 40mph straight out the box! I'm being nice to her now though while she's running in (had her nearly a week and only 40kms on her) .... I've also put an NGK Spark Plug in her, but that's hardly a performance mod LOL !
Once run in, I'll consider lighter rollers (4g) as she'd currently quite weak going up steep hills (she drops to about 23mph) .... but that's as far as I'll go with mods !
