Yeah mine is a brake light too, thats what the wire hanging out the hole on the bike when it arrives is for.
I think they look better than the luggage rack and top box!

chees phil, also i'm looking into deristricting it and from the other posts, i think i know how to do it (pink wire and the carb) but my bike has only done 70km do you think i should wait untill its done a few more miles? or do you think cutting the pink wire would be ok for now?

I'd wait until there's at least 500km's on the clock.

I get around 40-45 on the flat, 30-35 up hill and there is a long, slight hill on my way to work, and it's 50+ down there! I also weigh around 16 stone so you should have no problems.
As Phil says though, I would wait 'til it's 'run-in' properly as not doing this will bring a very quick end to the life of your engine..

That all depends on how you look after it!!
Service it regular, and do any repairs as they are needed, and I would say it should last at least 10 years.

mm thats much longer then i expect. how much do services cost and how regular do you have to put them in for a service?

The first service should be done after about 500km's and will cost £30ish and then about every 1500km's. I didn't get a service book with my bike so I never bothered with the first service and I'd sold it before the second interval. In a way you have to ask if it's really worth spending money on getting a £400-£500 bike serviced? The garage will probably only change the oil, they're never going to go over the scooter with a fine tooth comb and in the lifetime of the scooter you could probably end up spending £200 on servicing. Is it worth it?
