I asked this on another forum but nobody knew. Should the choke lever be pulled as far forward as it'll go so that it's under the red horn button like in the pic below: Or should it go right back, out of sight as in this pic:

I take it nobody knows? I remember asking Hypojam on another forum and his Taishan doesn't have a choke lever so is mine the only one??? Do Baotian scooters have a choke lever? Personally I can't see the point in it as the choke is automatic but I think the purpose of the lever is to give it a little boost when needed.
