Hey all heres the pieces in progress I wasnt happy with the clear coat which is the hardest to get perfect so I have too wait until friday to reclear and then polish. Its hard to see the sparkle but it looks pretty sweet I might put alittle red into the dark blushish tone I went with this design after many attempts . It seems to go with the retro look of my scooter tell me what ya think thanks dmilo

That is fab! Do you do commission works???!!!! I want to give it a go. My scoot isnt a retro looking model but I want to do something a bit different its so dull and boring just now, what kind of paints are you using, does it work over plastic?

Hey Weeyin, Yes I do occassionally commissions. I am a painter in Boston mass usa I paint using Autoair paints an automotive brand . To paint over plastic you need to use a product called Bulldog adhesion promotor its clear and dries quick . After you spray some bulldog the paint will stick no problem. I have a full airbrush set up, spent alot time practicing and $$$ It is possible to achieve cool effects with rattle can spray paint and some painters tape for little money. If you have any questions about painting your ride I can help just ask away thanks dmilo

That's brilliant!! It's got quite a 60's, 70's feel to it. My 60's 70's Vespa had individual panels that were all very distinctive. In fact I used to carry a half house brick around with me to make them more distinctive every time I came off it, which was usually at least once a day in winter
