would anyone in their right mind want to put their hard earned money into an untrustworthy company such as Sukida Uk after all the crap they have not only caused themselves but because they have been discredited.
Ok. anyone having a problem with their sukida this is your opportunity to voice your opinion and what the fault was and what happened?

hands up all those who reckon sudikauk should be banned or extricated from the club? do we really need sudika here? who wants it anyway? if the majority wins sudika goes together with mr tims their spy this must be a united decision because this is a serious situation if as a club we ban they cannot come back so lets hear from you guys and gals who are the forum do you want these creeps yes or no?

I say we shouldn't cut our links with Sukida/TIBS. A few people on this site have Sukida bikes, which they have worked hard to buy. If there is no contact with Sukida on here these people will leave as well.
Several people on here have bought bikes from TIBS. I refuse to believe that they are all disapointed.
Sukida/TIBS will stand or fall on their customer service. If they can't sell enough bikes they will go out of business. Nothing we do will make any difference.
To be honest, if Sukida are interested in investing money in this country, then I'd be tempted to buy a Sukida. We have little enough industry in the UK these days.

First point, I have a SUDIKA 125, AND IT IS NOT CRAP!!!! Apart from a battery and drive belt, now @ comming up 3000mls and no probs.
Second point, the poster on this site SUKIDA UK I suspect is a chap called AMAN who is the director of SUDIKA UK, to give credit and be fair he has phoned me in the past to sort problems as he has joined in here, but once again Sukida is not really him, its his staff, who, on this occasion as in the past let HIM down again and he is trying to sort it.
theinternetbikeshop is probably Sam, the general manager of the eBay side.
As I said before this email proves to me all the problems that ran through my purchase were staff based, from not having the courtesy to listen as to packing advise which may have prevented the damage in transit to the bike, top box and mirrors, not checking to bike as requested before sending out which would have found the keys were wrong and fuel cap broken, delayed registration due to not being sent to DVLA, replacement parts sent out wrong or broken before they left the ANC depot, and waiting so long for them to be delivered, no replies from countless contact to the service dept, replacement drive belt sent for the wrong bike....... it goes on, and it DESTROYED ANY EXCITEMENT AND PLEASURE OF GETTING A BRAND NEW BIKE. THAT TO ME IS UNFORGIVEABLE!!!!! It turned out to be a chore more than a pleasure!
Point 3; Do not ban these or any other dealer off these forums, it could be the only way that directors & management really get to know what is really going on in their company, that will benifit us and them.
Last point, STOP CALLING THE BIKES CRAP, they are not! How many real problems have come to light on the forum for Sukida bikes having real problems? very few, most are trivial teathing probs, mostly user or dealer related.
I would rate my bike along side Botian for reliability, or have I for once been lucky?
If you dont feel you can trust Sudika UK go to one of the other dealers like AVSCO for instance.
Nearly last point. SUDIKA UK and theinternetbikeshop are the trading names of the holding company called NASHWOOD.
Just thought you would like to know that, now you have 3 names to the same company. In fairness I have been given 30% discount for any parts I may want to buy.
Last point, I am really sick an tired of having to have maoned and complained about SUKIDA UK so much in the last 6 months, believe me I would rather have not of had to.

It is now time to stop name calling and draw a sensible conclusion to this fiasco.
A ban is not the correct way to proceed, and I think that all concerned have now got a real taste for the feelings of existing and potential future customers.
The real cause of this uproar was the ham-fisted way in which Ms Wen worded the e-mail.
Had it all have been explained properly in the first place, this forum would perhaps be taking an opposite position.
As for calling their product, I'm sure that every bike has been given that tag at some time or another.
Has the time now come for 'us' to take a professional stance, and to settle the differences. An apology for the way the e-mail was worded and the heavy-handed threat would be a good gesture from their side. And also some sign of reconciliation and good faith.
It would be far better for all concerned to 'work together', so that customers like enu can benefit from better staff training and improved customer service. Sudika benefit from improved customer relations and greater sales potential.
Go back to the start, what caused all this, the e-mail from Ms Wen.
If Mr Aman is any sort of manager he will realise what she has done and discuss with her, her failings in a effort to prevent this situation happening again.
They have acted in an amateur and un-professional manner, and if they are 'man' enough to admit and accept that, then that can only be good for their company and their customers.
So TIBBS, Aman, Wen, Sudika, whichever one wants to make the next move - lets move on

Lets end this here. Nobody is going to be banned. The whole point of this forum and website is to help owners of Chinese scooters. Banning every distributer who dares to annoy somebody will only end up hurting those who we are here to help.
I will leave the link on the csc website as I feel that it is a true representation of my dealings with Sukida Uk. Potential buyers can make their own minds up from there.
Lets hope that they have learned a lesson from this.
Now lets all behave and let this thing die!

Discounts dont persuade me to buy, 90% discount for a pile of crap and bad service and I would not buy.
0% discount for service and goods to the value of and you get my interest.
Although it would be handy, I did not sign up to CSC for discounts.
As I said on the other post that TIBS put up, stop calling the bikes crap, they are not, and it is not the issue here.
All you will do is de-value the SUKIDA bikes that are out there, and there is NO basis for calling them crap, there are plenty worse! The issue is with the dealers staff, and company attitude, not the product.
Personal visious attacks are not neccersary or needed, nor a way to solve a dispute, they certainly do not represent my views.
