I feel sure there are much better products in the market place for less money, more comfort and better looking than that. It looks like a rush job with no body just a chassis. It doesn't matter what you do to it, trying to make it look good is almost impossible. The diablolical thing is, it was designed for people to customise it. Where does one start?

Yeah there is, under the seat! Its designed to take a skateboard! I've seen pics of people adding racks to carry a surfboard ;D Yeah its ugly but thats part of its retro charm. I think it's lovely in a utilitarian kind of way.

They often pop up on there and even the second-hand ones go for about £2000. I bet the chinese one will be cheaper. I'm fascinated by that engine though. I cant think of another auto scooter with the transmission on the right and the exhaust on the left. It seems like a lot of work to go to just for one bike. Or are the Chinese factories about to hit us with lots of new bikes, all with this engine? Just a thought off the top of my head but could it just be that the picture has been "flipped" through 180 degrees then someone just photoshopped the graphics on the reversed photo? I noticed that the centre stand bit that sticks out is on the right not the left as normal which got me thinking.

The Chinese Zoomer just oozes cheapness (and that's just from the photo's), not a patch on the Honda original. I'd love to give the Zoomer a try, just for the looks you'd get from motorists and pedestrians. If I had the spare cash I'd buy one for fun.

(Reservoir visible) unless it has 2 hydraulic brakes, (which no other chinese scoots do) then it's not flipped.

Most (all?) Chinese scoots have a hydraulic front disc brake, and a mechanically(cable) operated rear brake.
If the picture is flipped, the reservior visible is for the rear brake.
Aint I a big head? ;D

Aint I a big head? ;D How do you know it hasn't got a hydraulic rear brake now too? Isn't that a more feasible answer than a completely redesigned engine and exhaust thingy?

Maybe its a cut down version of this one that was being sold in the states. www.s101359673.onlinehome.us/13175.htmlFor the speed freaks they claim this one does 70 mph and has dual hydraulic brakes. But for some reason it is not going to be sold in the states anymore.
