According to my manual, the gap should be 0.6mm-0.9mm for a CR7HSA
Roughly twice the thickness of the cardboard box the plug comes in, if you havent got a feeler gauge.
I would point out that my scoot is a 125, but it uses the same plug as everyone elses, so I doubt the gap will be any different.

Changed my plug today. Removed the seat, battery and seat bin. (On my bike the battery is in the seat bin) the plug comes out of the right hand side of the cyl head, removed the plug cap (which was fing tight!) I used the plug spanner from the kit which came with the bike. Anything else would have been too long to fit between the cylinder head and bodywork. The plug is 16mm across but the plug spanner is a loose fit.

Remove the 4 nuts and also the one screw if present. Suppressor cap is located at the arrow.

Rollers will be easy, even Vespa and Peugeot mechanics manage them!
