the on running saga with my indicators continues, read previous posts but basic jist of it is all worked on delivery apart from rear left, took bulb out and find plastic ring holding the wire to the bulb in bits, tried to make a new one but think the wire touched the bike causing it to fuse? All my other lights work Still, but no life in the indicators at all.
Is there only 1 fuse in the entire bike? Could that wire touching the bike fusing it normally cause the flasher unit to die?
Helpppppppp lol, someone who is an electrical engineer for vauxhalls and jaguar is baffled by this hes took the 200 page manual home for a read lol, any help tonight would be appreciated.

Could that wire touching the bike fusing it normally cause the flasher unit to die? Oh yes...Mustn't earth the flasher unit. Piaggio ones have a warning on them about this. Good news would be that its probobly the same as a Honda one. Get one from a breakers, but I'd repair or replace that indicator first. A new pair needn't cost more than a tenner.
