This is going to sound really daft, but I've just bought a new Baotian BT50QT-9 complete with tax disc holder and having gone over it with a fine tooth comb can't find anywhere to fix the disc!!! Can anyone help? Thanks

Fix it to one of the bolts by the exhaust on the right hand side of your scooter. Its supposed to be on the left but the bikes are grey imports so theres nowhere to stick it. If the police pull you over show them you legally have tax and if he complains that it's on the right instead of the left ask him to suggest a place on the left to put it. He/she will be stumped it's not possible.

it fits onto the front mudguard on the left hand side, just undo the bolt then slip it on put the bolt back on and hey presto youre legal!

I removed one of the top bolts holding on the air filter housing, placed the tax disc holder through the bolt and refitted the bolt. Hey presto, fitted securely and legally on the left hand side!
I did have to cut a small part of the tax disc holder away so it would fit.

I bolted it on with the left rear reflector on the number plate bracket.

Have successfully fitted it at last to r/n/s reflector. Thanks to everyone for your responses. Rach
